the hotel is clean and comfortable with a very welcoming air. the staff at reception are amazing. Everyone spoke impeccable English. Every person we encountered was amazingly helpful. Wr came for a family wedding and my mom got very sick and was hospitalized at Sheba Medical Center. The location was perfect. I could walk when traffic was bad. And the hotel was such a welcome respite from the hospital at the end of the day. We will be back though hopefully under different circumstances when we can enjoy the fantastic gym, fitness classes and pool.

The location is great esp if your taking a Nclex exam. Alot of convenience store around the area. Staff are great too, esp Elizabet, she is so friendly and all smiles. Breakfast options are great as well. The hotel is fairly price.

This Hotel was one of the best Hotels I've stayed in all my travels. The Hotel cleanliness is superb, they are constantly cleaning making it look and smell fantastic. The staff is very friendly and extremely attentive to detail. We missed our flight and the front desk went out if their way to callnthe airline for us and it took almost 1 hour on the phone, you could tell that genuinely they felt concerned for us in particular Amit who did not hesitate to pick up the phone and call, Amal was also very nice to us, and the manager Tamar was extremely attentive. The breakfast is well worth it, it is $31 dollars per person, but Tel-Aviv is super expensive, you might be able to get breakfast elsewhere for possible $20-$25 per person, but I guarantee you, it will not compare to the one at this Hotel, the variety is out of this world, mimosas all you want, orange, carrot and beets juice is amazing, everything is all you want as many times as you like. The hand cream they have in the room is absolutely amazing, leaves your hands all day long feel as silk, the smell in the Hotel is amazing. Have to mention the location is close to everything, restaurants, shops, markets. I loved my trip to Israel and will definitely go back.

I had an issue with the lodging I had booked originally and was surprised to find that the change was amazing. I couldn't be happier to have been able to spend a few nights with the Numa family. The communication was easy and diverse, between texts and emails I felt heard and appreciated. They were so sweet in the afternoons to provide us with Sparkling wine and in the Morning with fresh towels, we could take to the beach. I swear they don't sleep, there is always someone cheerful around to help. Breakfast was incredible and we loved the roof where we often went after dining to enjoy the lights of the city. I imagine when there is a game being played nearby it must be crowded and I bet hard to get a room. We really feel lucky to have had such a great place to stay and would definitely rebook.

    Was reasonably quiet, though in a city. Public transport was easily accessible near the apartment. There was a large park near where we stayed. Shopping was very convenient. It is not very far from Tel Aviv, especially by public transport. It was easy to get to the train for visiting other areas of Israel.

    This hotel is on top of its game. upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff at reception. my room was modern clean and superb. nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. The swimming pool area is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.
