I am a Jain - Vegetarian food eater so we had a lot of food restrictions for breakfast to which Pankaj made real good efforts and make special two versions of breakfast for me and my friends. This is rare as I had heard that good is a problem especially at the time when you don't eat onions and garlic. But here I didn't feel the same. 2. At night it's pretty cold especially for people like us who don't get such cool weather in Mumbai. On request Pankaj provided us with extra set of blankets and heaters so that we have an amazing experience. 3. In the evening once you are done with a full day out with sight seeing and exploring at night once you are back you would prefer having a good hot meal which we got here. Pankaj is amazing cook. He made Dal, rice and mix veg for us which was just too good and very satisfying. 4. Super spacious rooms. The rooms here are really very clean and neat. Just not about the time when you come first but everyday post the room service the rooms and we'll serviced and clean properly. 5.Customer Relationship is what is the most important aspect.Not just the caretakers but even the owner ensured that she meets us and calls us on our last day to ask us about how was our overall experience. This shows how hospitable the people are here. A feeling of being home is what we got here. We stayed here for 3 nights and we are going to be back for 2 nights on our way back from Cheerapunjee. A must must stay for everyone who is planning to drop by at Shillong.”
