You are at a central location in the national park to go on the various game drive routes. We also had two fans in our room which was a huge help dealing with the high temperatures at this time of the year. The shower in the bathroom was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Lots of animals to see. Nearby the old station where the lions actually prayed on the people who constructed the bridge. Just a nice place to visit both for a short while or for a longer holiday. Our game driver was excellent and the buffet meals were all exceptionally tasty (including the Kenyan coffee on offer…the best we have even at more expensive safari camps/lodges).
