“The manager was able to offer us an alternate room than was offered initially and another room the following day. However after the first night we were told there was no room left. When we checked out the reserved price of 610 ps changed to 790 ps, without prior knowledge. .... the new room we stayed in was perfect and we enjoyed it. This was one of the first rooms redesigned and if all rooms are done likewise it will be a "Star" property. The first day super,the staff really made an effort in accommodating travellers from afar, the second day was just too much for them to shuffle. This was a National holiday weekend and rooms were tight. They did find us however a delightful room for the night in another hotel. Good luck with the renovations and change over.”
