“Booking was easy on Booking.com. I recieved emails from friendly staff the next day about my booking. Soon when my plane landed I went straight to the hotel. The hotel looked ok from the outside but the inside was really clean. The staff was really nice, reasonable and helpful. Rhonda was really professional, I asked for a quiet room and she helped me. I stayed the night, it was super quiet and peaceful, I got work done without any disturbance. The next day, before leaving to Palmer for work and instead of checking out I asked another young lady who worked in the front desk in the morning if I could extend my nights there. She was nice enough to help me with all of that as well. She also threw some sand on the snow when I arrived from work as well. Cant remember her name but she thought I was a dancer from the lower 48s. Overall, great location, close to downtown and malls. Instead of staying at another hotel, the Aptel hotel is my number one to go to hotel when I do come back to town. Great staffs, and definately will come back for future buisness trips!”
