We were arranged to a standard room, but my mom had an eye surgery on the day we stay in the hotel then we called and requested a room with a movable shower head, so water wouldn't get into her eyes in shower.A staff came by very soon and guided us to another room. He was very polite and nice! Housekeepers were also very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
