  “I did not enjoy it because YOU RIP ME OFF!!!!!!!!. when I booked through booking.com we were only 3 people and you charged for me for 4. I complained with your administrator Donny right the next day but to no avail. i wanted to be reduced to a room with three beds, it was a WASTE to have my son in a huge room with 2 double beds plus a single bed in it..... IT WAS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME. But you manager said there was nothing he could do. I booked this from Canada on line, and your booking web does not explained thoroughly how does this work. It wouldn't allowed me to book for the third person with a single bed. so I had no choice but to book double. but who in the world charge for 4 people when is only 3 !!!!!!. I have been in many resorts, so I have experience. we traveled many places and i have never had this issue. I am never coming back and I will give bad references on this issue about your resort, don you doubt it.”
