We had booked for 19 days. the staff was amazing. used their gym each day as they had full set gym with a pool on the roof which was great. we got pans and ate breakfast in our rooms and there is a store literally 2 min walk away with everything you need. we ubered to dubai mall which is 10 mins away many days and then down to palm island for the weekend. we ended up only staying 10 days which the hotel refunded the other 9. The value for what you got was great. Room cleaning each day when we were got. Great A/C. I'd stay here again

Everything about the hotel was excellent, including the staff, the cleanliness, and the location. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and will not be the last time I visit. Staff members are excellent, especially Ms. Abeer at the reception desk and the manager on duty, whose name I forgot but think he was Indian. Thanks a lot to them.
