The location was great. Didnt get a chance to try the inroom food but they have a great GYM and Sauna facility. Also they have a really good restaruant down in the lobby called Cartel, which had a wide range of flavorful food. I had the Boba Tea (a surprise that they offered it) and some Kung Pao Chicken. Overall great quality and affordability and would definitely stay here again! The hotel and the floors also consistently smell great all the time. They also have a market in the hotel itself, for most essentials you would need for a short term and even long term stay, should you choose to make some food in your room if your renting a studio. Prices in the store were not super high and resembled any supermarket you would find in dubai.

Everything was perfect. Staff facilitated a room on a higher floor with a memorable view. Every request was met. Food was an experience in both of the Michelin starred restaurants. Could only wish for the waterpark to be open even longer. The aquarium at the hotel you could stare at for hours. Beautifully maintained. In my opinion, Atlantis is the best hotel in the world.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Dubai. I was there for work on a big deadline and ended up staying 21 nights instead of just 12 nights. It felt like a home away from home. The service was exceptional, be it from the room service personelle, the pool, or the staff at the door or reception. The hotel smells fabulous, is super clean, provides a delicious breakfast, has great meals for kids (with funny names attached to them), doormen are extremely friendly and courteous and a special shoutout to Smith who always greeted me with a big smile and helpd me. The room itself had a gorgeous view of the beautiful infinity pool with my desk facing that view while I worked. It was super quiet and everytime housekeeping cleaned it, it would smell heavenly. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Dubai. Receptionists were extremely helpful and accommodating while I extended my stay three times. They made sure I was always taken care of. Doormen made sure I had a ride to the airport and that I didn't forget anything in the room before leaving. Thank you for making me feel like I'm home and for providing exceptional service at a decent price. A true gem in the heart of Dubai.
