The Hotel is simple and has all the comfort that one needs. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rica at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant all the time. Her customer service was super. Breakfast was really good. The location is the best only five to 10 minutes walk to Dubai mall where everything is happening. I had a great stay and enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel. And it is a great value.

His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I would also like to sincerely thank Parveen and Amit for their exceptional housekeeping services. Their efforts in keeping the room spotless made a noticeable difference—everything looked so much better and more inviting. Moreover, the breakfast experience was absolutely delightful! The variety, quality, and presentation were top-notch, making it the perfect start to my day. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. I look forward to visiting again!
