Overall the stay was perfect, nice hotel good facilities and perfect staff especially Sofian and Ahmad, definitely we are coming back again

We loved everything, the room and all facilities were gorgeous. Customer service was exceptional. Breakfast was superb and staff wonderful and obliging. Looking forward to staying again, next time for longer. Access to Dubai Mall. Beautiful views of Burj Khalifa, wonderful outdoor pool and area.

The breakfast have alot of varities and the quality is good nice selection of gluten free items . the room is good and the location is spectacular as it's inside the mall , Muhannad at night was very friendly, Nervana and Saltnat

The location is very good, just a walk from dubai mall. The hotel feels very exclusive which is the thing I like the most. In the heart of Dubai you get a exclusive place and it doesn't feel like a very busy rushy hotel rather a very peaceful, distinctive home like environment. You get a feeling of personalised service. Plus it is surrounded by small cosy cafes.
