Rafael and Macarena were a HUGE help, they answered all our questions, taught us how to use Uber, gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The area in Palermo is safe, we walked to and from the restaurant at 9:00 p.m., lots of other people were out walking. The shower was nice and strong, good thick towels, everything we needed was available. We would return again and again.

Location is excellent, it's in a quiet part of Palermo but also everything is within walking distance. Spacious Friendly receptionists Automated doors with pin numbers (no need to carry keys) Kitchen has all needed supplies Supermarket (DIA) is just a 2-minute walk away Friendly host (name is Nahir I believe) Quiet at night (I'm a light sleeper, and I managed to get very good sleep) The swimming pool on the roof was great, especially since I was there during a heat wave Very safe neighborhood Gym facilities were excellent Laundry room The view from the balcony was lovely and filled with greenery There is also a large working space in the building on the top floor. I didn't need to use it, but if I was also working it would have been very comfortable space ##Photos are from inside the apartment / the swimming pool / the street right in front of the entrance / the view from the balcony (photo includes a cat from the neighbors across who accompanies me on the other balcony while I was sitting outside)
