We weren't sure what to expect of the apartment as it was a unique style of accommodation but we were very pleased and thought it was amazing value. It was essentially a hotel but with reception a few buildings down the road. We went straight to the Hotel Grauer Bar to check in as we weren't able to check in online. It was seamless when we arrived and they gave us great instructions on how to get to the apartment. I had also looked it up on Google street view so had a good idea where I was going but it was easy to find with the instructions from the staff at the hotel. We were able to park at the hotel for a small fee and were able to use the amenities at the hotel as part of our booking which was great. It was very cool to be in the Old City part of Innsbruck and the city was very walkable which was great.

Very well situated for the Christmas markets. Loved the hotel especially the swimming pool and rooftop jacuzzi. The room was spotless as was the bathroom with a large walk in shower. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
