The location is pretty beautiful. We also enjoyed the calm surroundings. We stayed in the wooden lodge for three nights. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a lot to offer and was tasty.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for family. All the kitchen utensils were given. Staff always responded quickly to any assitance needed whether it was repairs or how to use certain utilities in the kitchen, room etc. They gave a fan despite it not available on site.

We weren't sure what to expect of the apartment as it was a unique style of accommodation but we were very pleased and thought it was amazing value. It was essentially a hotel but with reception a few buildings down the road. We went straight to the Hotel Grauer Bar to check in as we weren't able to check in online. It was seamless when we arrived and they gave us great instructions on how to get to the apartment. I had also looked it up on Google street view so had a good idea where I was going but it was easy to find with the instructions from the staff at the hotel. We were able to park at the hotel for a small fee and were able to use the amenities at the hotel as part of our booking which was great. It was very cool to be in the Old City part of Innsbruck and the city was very walkable which was great.
