Everything about the hotel is great. The rooms are very clean, the bed & pillow are super comfortable. The room amenities are splendid. All the staffs are the friendliest people I have met and they are super helpful. I recommend also to try their Michelin star restaurant on the ground floor. I also suggest that you ask the hotel manager her recommendations on some best restaurants nearby.

This hotel has a great central location. They have a world class breakfast as well. Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff was so helpful. We left two coats in the closet and they mailed them back to the USA for us. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The building itself, and the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The staff, especially Wolfgang at the front desk, was welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I wish we had more time to spend exploring and enjoying the amenities of the hotel because they seemed very luxurious.

We loved everything. It’s small but for us was enough space, we don’t cook and spend much time at the accommodations on holiday. We care about location, comfort and to be sparkling clean and not old. This apartment met everything on our list :) I would choose this again if we ever stop in Salzburg:)
