The apartment was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated and the beds were really comfortable. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed. While the location is not super-central, there is very convenient access to public transportation. Philipp was very responsive, usually responding within minutes to any question posted on the chat. We would certainly come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna! The location is excellent—very close to the city center, museums, and just a 1-minute walk to a SPAR supermarket. The nearest metro station is only a 3-minute walk away, making it super convenient to explore the city. One of the best surprises was at reception, where they upgraded my room for free! I originally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but they kindly gave me a private one instead—such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, but they have a shared kitchen with everything you need, it was simple but perfect for a quick bite in the morning. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. I stayed for two nights and purposely chose a budget-friendly option with fewer services, and honestly, I ended up loving it even more! As for the room, it was spotlessly clean, simple yet elegant, with high ceilings and beautiful old wooden parquet floors. The bed sheets and bathroom were extremely clean, making my stay very comfortable. This stay proved to me that not everything expensive is necessarily better. If you're looking for a clean, well-located, and welcoming place without unnecessary extras, this is a fantastic choice. Would definitely stay here again!
