I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rioca Vienna 2, and I can honestly say it was one of the most welcoming experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and joy that define the alma carioca , that unique spirit of friendliness, openness, and genuine care. A special thank you to Rafael, whose hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. But it wasn’t just him, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Their smiles, helpfulness, and warm energy made me feel more like a guest in someone’s home than a hotel visitor. I’ve stayed in many places around Europe, but this team was by far the kindest I’ve ever met. Whether it was a small gesture or simply a friendly conversation, they created an atmosphere that was both relaxed and uplifting. If you’re looking for a place in Vienna where service goes beyond professionalism into something truly heartfelt, Rioca Vienna 2 is it. Obrigada for making my stay so memorable!

The apartment was just lovely, spacious (for 2 persons) with plenty of natural light, and located in a good area. It had 2 rooms (a large living room, and a bedroom), a kitchen and a bathroom. The bed was great, good mattress, the building was quiet, we had slept perfectly. The kitchen had everything needed for a few days stay, we had a coffee machine and the coffee was on the house. The location is great, with a metro station right there (10 min to Stephansplatz via U3), a park, a bakery, a supermarket, garbage disposals etc. There is a large parking with good prices (3-4 euros per day) at about 10minute walk, near the Danube canal. The host was very kind. We had self check-in and check-out, with key in a lock box, easy to handle. We came by car, and the location was easy to reach. Would definitely return to this place.
