The 011 hotel provided the best of what was needed for comfortable accommodations while visiting Vienna. Great location. Good big bed. A well equipped bathroom with good shelf space for personal toiletry stuff. Knowledgable, efficient, engaging, helpful, friendly and highly professional reception staff—a real plus! The transportable magnifying mirror was a very welcome feature, along with a generous amount of electrical outlets well-placed. The feeling of and actual spaciousness was appreciated. Thank you!

I love this hotel! I am staying here again and have recommended it to friends and family! Love the interior design, the old glam that is well kept, clean and neat! And I loved the breakfast, the atmosphere, service and options offered were excellent! I didn't have the chance to dine there, that's planned for the next visit!

Amazing place and luxury one also the vibes of the hotel were great. I like location for shopping we didn’t use our car. The breakfast was good. The reception was smiling all the time and welcoming everyone. The old man who take the luggages he was kind and caring. The bed was comfortable.
