Note: I did not communicate directly with host, so hard to rate that item. The Duty Manager checked us in & provided free drinks cards, which was unexpected but very welcome. The room was lovely & comfortable. The location was fantastic, right near the free ferry stop over to Howard Smith Wharf

The room was large, simply furnished and clean but had everything in it that a traveler could want and the staff was exceptionally helpful.

They were very accommodating. We arrived late in the hotel due to the terrible weather plus my kid was unwell. They have still assisted us even if it was already around 8pm and it was at no cost! They have promptly changed our bed sheets because my son has made a mess on the bed and they made it very neatly. Thank you to that lady from the housekeeping and her companion - the bed was very neat and tidy. Thank you to her for giving us spare towels and extra laundry and dishwashing liquid. Thank you to the lady that has assisted us during our check in - she waited patiently until we arrived. Thank you to the reception guy this morning who gave us an extra hour to stay in the room as my son was unwell. Thank you to Dockside Hotel team. Keep up the good team work! To that housekeeping lady who has assisted us during our stay - SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION, A BONUS, A RECOGNITION. We will definitely come back!

From the moment we parked in secure free parking, and entered into the charming lobby I knew this was the best decision. The highest level of service from Chris and team. Greetings were warm and friendly, extra info presented with enthusiasm and smiles. The room was impeccably clean, room amenities spot on with eco friendly toiletries, coffee,tea and water in room. Room was spacious and offered a lovely large balcony, we heard no noise from any other guest inside the hotel. Nice large walk in shower. Great Wi-Fi, outstanding location with restaurants and ferry close by. I highly recommend this superior accommodation. You will not be disappointed.
