We upgraded to a one bedroom to find out there was bugs in the dishwasher . They quickly found another room was was fantastic! The lady’s at the reception was so accommodating. A 40 min walk over the story bridge , felons brewery on the other side was huge. The city cat river transit was very close and highly recommended. The kitty cat is the city hopper and is free. Great spot for the money.

Walking distance to Kangaroo Point Bridge for easy access to downtown. Lovely and clean accommodations, comfortable balcony with a nice view. Note: I did not communicate directly with host, so hard to rate that item. Also a suggestion for international travellers -- if you need to use a phone (e.g., to call a taxi) and don't have international dialing or a local number, there is a free telephone booth at the round-about (1 minute from building).

The building manager, John, was very friendly and helpful. The air-conditioner in our original room wasn’t working so he changed our room and was super helpful with moving all our luggage. He did 2 trips across different buildings just to get our things sorted. Friendly staff such as him really is what makes the stay a positive one!
