Everything by was literally amazing and all of us had a wonderful time. The staff are amazing, the food was fantastic and the room was very comfortable. I wish I could remember the staff’s name who was extremely helpful and friendly works in the breakfast buffet restaurant.

The hotel is really beyond my expectation! Everything is perfect!. I specially want to thank the owner Michael and his son Patrick. I lost a paint which was hand painted by my son during two entire days in the hotel. That was a gift to my son's friend. So we cannot lost it. When I explain the situation to Michael, he and his son Patrick really help to deliver to Brisbane for me. You can imagine how kind they are to manage such cross city delivery in a very limited time. I will recommend this hotel and the kind owner to everyone who is trying to find place to stay in Gold coast. Thank you Michael and Patrick! Hope see you around next trip!

Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay.
Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.
