Impeccable customer service from the entire Oakwood team. Apart from the great location and outstanding room, I wanted to express a big thank you to Eugenio in particular for helping me dealing with my very delayed luggage that only arrived after I left Melbourne, he made sure it was stored safely until I managed to get a courier company to send it back.
