28 Hotel is located 7 minutes from Central Train Station. This property offers free WiFi, room service and an on-site fitness centre. Everything was great. Nice and clean room, wonderful staff, convenient location. Definitely stay there again.

The check-in process was very smooth and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable for a 2-night stay. The bathroom had good lighting and powerful double showerheads. It was conveniently located for easy access to Paddy's Market, Darling Harbour, and Chinatown. The closest light-rail station was a 2 min away. The bonus extra was having umbrella's available for guest use when it rained. I asked for a complimentary late check-out which was provided and used the baggage storage facility until it was time to head to the airport which is under a 20-minute drive away. I would happily stay here again.

They were very helpful in pre booking a maxi taxi for us going to the airport.I like how the cleaner cleans the room everyday.They clean it so well. Whenever I asked for a room clean ,they will clean it asap.What a great service and a very welcoming staff.
