Location is excellent, the staff at the reception was great, always there for you to assist and advise. The room was fabolous, the children really enjoyed the swimming pool. We loved the royal breakfast and the Dinner at the restaurant. Barman is an outstanding man, we enjoyed our night beer atthe bar. The staff was warm, helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and bright. We decided to eat breakfast downstairs and it was delicious in a nice ambiance. I loved having a bathtub in our room, being able to check in early and seeing the canals from our view. Plus, the mattresses were the most comfortable we slept on in Europe.
