Perfect location between Forest-Est station (1 stop from Brussel-Zuid in 5 min) and concert venue. Not directly on the street curb so it was pretty quiet. Supermarket also next to Forest Theater. Cute apartment with everything you need. Clear instructions for the key. We didn't see our host but they answered quickly to our message.

it was close to the concert hall and close to the grocery store. the owners had good communication and were very flexible. everything was clean and the appartement felt like home. I would come here again.
