It's just amazing, everything is the best. Great personal, nice and cosy rooms, shower, Rituals shower gel and shampoo, amazing breakfast and the tour to the basement with the ancient baths. I can only imagine how hard it is to support such a high level of service

First of all, we were guests in a magnificent mansion built by Ottoman architects in the mid-1800s. The owner, Hristo—who was vacationing somewhere far away at the time—still kept everything under control to ensure the comfort of his guests. From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed as if we were part of the family. The breakfast was satisfying and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. In short, I would definitely love to come back and enjoy another coffee in that beautiful garden.

This is a small family hotel that feels more like someone hosting you in their home. As in any home, there is a host. The host of this property really made our stay, and we can't emphasize the importance of this enough. Even before we came, we asked a few questions, and he took them very seriously and incorporated our personal concerns into our stay, in ways that no other hotel did. Moreover, he was able to give us a lot of practical information about Plovdiv, Bulgaria as a whole, and even Serbia. He also makes breakfast personally, so it's possible to ask for something specific. TL;DR: It's extremely rare to see a hotelier who cares this much about their guests and their needs and wants.
