Everything is perfect. The staff, the location, the room, space and cost. I don’t know how much they might be charging when you read this but for me it was below average price and higher than average in value.

This property is well located and we found it to be close to amanities and attractions.We also found the neighbourhood to be very safe as we walked around at night .Apartment itself is well designed and offers an oasis of peace and tranquility in a busy city.Host is extremly helpful and he made us feel welcome.We were very happy with our stay and would definitelly stay there again if we happen to be in Sao Paulo.We wuold also recommend it to others.

This beautiful little boutique hotel was everything we look for when traveling. The owner/proprietor, Oscar, was incredibly helpful in regard to our every need/request. (And he is fluent in English!) The location is GREAT, with an absolutely fabulous restaurant directly next door. The property itself is so interesting with multiple fascinating characteristics ... the architecture, the courtyards, the koi pond, etc. And although we had heard so many things about how dangerous Sao Paulo is, we felt 100% safe, both in that neighborhood, and certainly on the property itself. (It is gated and requires facial recognition on a screen at the exterior entrance to get in.) Lastly, the price was great ... far less than we have paid for only average accommodations. Ratings of 10 across the board. If we are ever in Sao Paulo again, we will definitely stay here.
