I really like the whole place, the location was great to walk or take the bus/train. The breakfast and staff that works there were excellent.

The Hotel Kutuma is less than a 10-minute drive from Old Montreal and is just over half a mile from the Plateau-Mont-Royal neighborhood.

The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The hotel and room itself was lovely: beautifully decorated and clean. Also, we had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant.

I loved the breakfasts that the hosts made and served. They were very friendly people and offered flexible drop-off for luggage before and after check-in and check-out times. The house was beautifully decorated and the room was very comfortable and cozy. It was easy to get to multiple places around the city from there, by walking or bus.

The apartment looks newly renovated and is in extremely good conditions. It has a spacious living room with dinner table plus a small computer table. There is a big tv connected to WiFi (fast). The kitchen is also very spacious and has everything you may need including coffee machine, toaster, dish washer, stove with oven, and huge washer and dryer and more. There is 1.5 bathroom that comes handy with 4 people. Two comfortable bedrooms with great mattresses. Hearing work very well, we have not had the chance to use AC. It is located at the first floor (second floor for us standard), be mindful stairs are steep. The area is, in my opinion the best to explore the city but not be with all other tourists and if you like to get a run or hike as Mount Royal is just around the corner.

The location is a must. Near of public transportation, stores, restaurants, parks. But more important: the apartment is gorgeous and have everything. I love to sit in front of the window every morning because the view of the bakery on the corner with the baker making pastry in the morning is amazing and the Cortadito and Cramique sucre is succulent. This apartment is in a street full of live. However, we never had any problems with loud noises. I really recommend it.

Excellent location, and very clean apartment. The people working in the apartment is very sweet and helpful. Amanda and other lady were there during my stay they offered help with any question I can have during my stay. I think that was very kind from them.
