My partner and I stayed here to attend an event. He and I were immediately struck by how professional and consistent the service was here. I have a lot of experience staying in Toronto hotels and this is certainly one of the best experiences I've had from that perspective. We were in a beautiful room that felt more like a junior suite. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. As we were staying mid week I think we must have gotten a slightly discounted rate, as it felt like an absolute steal for the price. Very happy and would like to return sometime :)

The Royal structure & decor preserving elements of History that are very interesting to know. In general hotels to this level of detail are very selective. Having this experience made me really understand how good it feels to be a tourist. The entire Team makes justice to its elegance with a fantastic welcoming smile and attitude. Jin deserves our special thanks for going out of his way to show us around and recommend the best places to go. This is the best hotel we ever stayed in. Hospitality is definitely what they should be proud of.

The hotel has a very nice standard all around. The beds, pillows and duvets were exceptionally good. The complementary concierge service was super nice and handy, and surprisingly flexible even though we ended up ordering it last minute almost every time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The wifi was terrible in our room at first but we just called reception and the sent a technician that fixed it right away. The rooftop pool area was really nice too, although the area itself is rather small they kept it non-crowded and relaxing the two hour time slots guests had to reserve in advance. The gym was really nice, it was actually a real, full equipped gym and tennis courts, not like a lot of other hotels that claim the have a gym only to find out it's some dark corner of the property where they placed some machines. One of the days the rooftop bar was closed due to a supposed storm that never came, so the restaurant on the 2nd floor provided extra pool bar service since the weather turned out nice, which they actually did better than the normal staff working the rooftop bar, even though they had to bring it from the 2nd to the 28th floor. The female head waiter from the 2nd floor restaurant deserves a raise in general. She just connected well with everyone. So bravo! All in all a really enjoyable stay.

The owners were super friendly, the room is spacious, clean, and quite new, with many facilities and some food for the customers, it is super close to the beach, with nice restaurants and shops close. In general, almost every detail was a pleasure for us. Also, the price was definitely good.
