The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and they responded swiftly and professionally to all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

The rooms are amazing! The view of the city was great. The staff was friendly and took care of us. We enjoyed the room service. We liked the location of the hotel as well because it was nice and close to the Royal Fair, which was our reason to be there.

Home in Downtown is a nice, very very secure home, warm feel and welcoming. You are to yourself, treating and respecting the purpose of your stay here, following the basic guidelines given in the home. It is spacious and extremely clean. If you had a issues at all, the owner is near by to help or simply respond via a text. Transportation is on your doorstep, which is only a 5 minute Streetcar ride to the nearest TTC train/subway to take your journey if desired that extra step. Recomend however to get a Presto Card, either get at arriving airport or the nearest Shoppers or TTC station. The Guest House beds are very comfy, good storage space. Depending how long you are staying, a wardrobe stay may be not an option, it's more living out of your suitcase situation, but to store your luggage in your room is doable. Shared bathroom which may be a shock, but our stay here it was no problem at all. The kitchen and living area is open to all who are staying, with very generous offers from the owner, I was shocked how trusting this system works. A secured front door lock, cameras plotted around the property for all secured reasons, for you the guest and the owner. I would stay here again, and say yes if you are looking for that not over budget accommodation. You can understand why the ratings are in the 9's on Booking.com.

From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!

The owners were super friendly, the room is spacious, clean, and quite new, with many facilities and some food for the customers, it is super close to the beach, with nice restaurants and shops close. In general, almost every detail was a pleasure for us. Also, the price was definitely good.

Conveniently located within 10 minutes’ walk of Toronto’s Union Train Station and Air Canada Centre, this hotel offers an on-site restaurant and bar.
