The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and they responded swiftly and professionally to all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

The Royal structure & decor preserving elements of History that are very interesting to know. In general hotels to this level of detail are very selective. Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

The location was superb, staff were very helpful, business lounge with printer on level 3 and there's a small gym with good equipment. TTC stop is right at your doorstep. Everything that a business traveller would need!

It went very well. The location is very convenient, it was easy to find. Did not have any difficulties with check in. One minute and you are already resting in a clean, warm, soft bed after a long journey!

From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!
