Owners greeted me very kindly. Smaller hostel I didn't know existed. It's good a situation brought me here by chance. I needed to extend my stay for my needs and was immediately assisted and accommodated. Owners are respectful and personable. Also respectful and generous co-travellers giving an at home type of vibe. Good location to access much of the city in every direction. My emergency needs were less stressful because of here. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and has the privacy and power outlets as needed when traveling for whatever reason. There are over 100 restaurants, shops and things to do within a few blocks with the subway/train/tram transit system across the road (as well as 24 hour bus routes) Many 24 hour establishments now close by and all around town. Any store and laundry close by. The owners and clients welcoming attitude was appreciated. I also appreciate the bits of enlightening conversation and meeting people from all over the world. Just an FYI, be prepared that there are some stairs to get in if you need help with luggage. Not a dislike because it is what it is and I'm glad I was prepared for that in case. Get your info from the horse's mouth if needed. Owners are receptive helpful and caring.

The location is perfect. Aquarium is across the street. The hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The bed was VERY comfortable! We will come back next time we’re in Toronto.

From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!

Loved the private entrance - beautiful ground floor apartment within an easy walk to the beach. Fantastic hospitality - coffee and basic items included, sparkling clean bathroom.
