The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and they responded swiftly and professionally to all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. Comfy, clean, private, felt like a home than anything. Felt very safe and trustworthy to leave belongings there. The shower and tub were amazing! I like how organized and neat everything is, the welcomed gifts really made us feel special and appreciated. ( Note: would be great to have cream, milk and sugar for tea and coffee as they do in restaurants, just an idea)
