Our experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic, surpassing any other accommodations we've encountered. The attention to detail and comfort provided a truly exceptional stay, to the point where we didn't want to leave. It felt like a home away from home, and the thought of departing was genuinely bittersweet. Moreover, the customer service was exemplary, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were delighted with the level of care and attentiveness displayed by the staff. The location is amazing, right next to Stanley Park and to lots of great restaurants. Also, the bus stop for the city center is right around the corner. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, so it's really great for families! The staff was very helpful every time we needed them.

The hotel is in great location, very close to Downtown Vancouver. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is à la carte, and you can choose from the menu of the restaurant of the hotel. It was quite tasty and portions are big. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who looks for something in Downtown. Also, the cruise ship terminal is just 5 minute walk down the street!

Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

This was one of my best experiences in Vancouver; the hotel itself. The staff are very welcoming, especially Mr. Kentin in the front disk. I have been assisted at every stage of my visit starting with my check in, spa access, concierge service .. etc. Highly recommended and worth the value.

This was our second time staying here and the experience is always great. Friendly staff, location is near restaurants, the metro stop is a block away and you're minutes away from the water. Valet is 50% for EVs and they charged my car overnight which is a bonus.
