We originally booked for two couples in which this property is ideal. Unfortunatley one couple could not travel with us. This is agreat place for those travelling in a small group (like we originally planned) or for a small family as there are two bedrooms. Comfortable and clean. Situated a very pleasant and safe neighbourhood with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and other types of shopping. Had it been just my husband and I, we probably would have stayed in the core of the city, Just due to what we chose to do while there, but regardless, the location is very accessable by uber or car to any part of the Vancouver/central area. An uber downtown was about 15 minutes.

The apartment is on the ground level of an older sub-divided home. The hosts live upstairs and are very responsive and generally kind and generous folks. The location is excellent on a quiet residential corner but only minutes walk from Kits Beach and even closer to Volunteer Park (great place to watch the sunset!). Street parking is unrestricted and easy to find even when it gets busy. There is a full sized fridge, cooking appliances (hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, etc) and shared washer/dryer access. Overall it was a great experience and the hosts were very accommodating about family travelers with a small child. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Vancouver.

We loved this bright and spacious basement apartment near Connaught Park. The hosts, who live above the flat, were very responsive to our needs and quick to answer all of our questions. The inside of the flat was bright, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Too bad we came at a cold time of year, otherwise we would’ve taken advantage of the patio, too. We liked that the house is set away from the hustle and bustle and that it felt like living in a real neighborhood. The best part is that we still found great recreation, coffee, groceries, and restaurants a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay, convenient and safe neighbourhood; multiple stores surrounding the location. Spacious, rooms for everyone! The beds were so comfortable… my son wants to know where you bought your sheets ;) Every dish and appliance you could ever need. Hearing the family upstairs made us feel like we fit right in :)

The hotel is in great location, very close to Downtown Vancouver. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is à la carte, and you can choose from the menu of the restaurant of the hotel. It was quite tasty and portions are big. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who looks for something in Downtown. Also, the cruise ship terminal is just 5 minute walk down the street!
