Beautiful position, wonderful views, close to cafes, restaurants, transport etc. Very clean comfortable suite with everything we needed for a lovely few days. the staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel to travellers.

The place is impressive. It's in a historical house with exceptional charm and character. The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and with lots of style. It's a high tea style, and the dining room is fantastic. We will stay here again, and we recommend this place to every family. It's one of the best places we stayed in Victoria.

Staff very helpful, professional and kind. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.

everything was good, I had reserved a harbor view room, and the view was perfect actually at night, it was a bit hot, but they had emailed us before and mentioned that there was a fan and not air-conditioning, and it was ok for me, the room was very clean. everything was good. the location is perfect. The last time I stayed at Hilton but I liked this location more than that.
