What an amazing hotel.. our room was super spacious and they did a tent setup for the kids which they loved so much.. it is super clean and super modern.. breakfast was amazing.. definitely will come back..

What was not to like. Excellent location on the banks of the Rhein. Great communication beforehand, which made getting to the hotel to from the airport very easy. Staff were all super friendly and couldn't help enough with any issues or questions. Room clean, tidy, comfortable and more than adequate. Breakfast to die for 😍 everything from cereals, fruits, juices, breads, cold meats, cheeses, sausages, hummus, salad, eggs (fantastic egg scrambling machine) and even make your own waffles. Basel was a beautiful city. Interesting to see, everyone very friendly. Eating out was great too. Would thoroughly recommend a trip to Basel and definitely stay at the Krafft Basel Hotel. You will not be disappointed.

the location right on the Rhine river. Daniel at the front desk researched vegan restaurants for us to eat dinner and we hit a home run casually at ZaZa’s near the market plaza. The included breakfast was excellent and they provided soy milk for our cereal. The coffee was also excellent! overall the staff was tops!

From the start the staff were amazing! Beatrice helped us through a sudden emergency, Ulla helped us navigate a day trip to Colmar on the train and Sandro helped us with a tram tour, pharmacy directions and always anticipating our needs. I thought the views were the highlight but the entire staff were even better and made us feel right at home. I will always stay here when in Basel!!

Very friendly staff, ready to help anytime. Location is excellent, right next to gate of Old Town. Parking is easy and cheap for Basel. Great garden outside, nice place to relax.
