We were treated like gold!! The host, Monica, was very accommodating and checked in with us daily. She recommended places for us to eat and to visit. The location was very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around. Thank you Monica for making stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely everything, fabulous location right on river across from bear park, outdoor area, restaurants a short walk, walk to all amenities of old town. Fabulous space- great food provided for breakfast, very generous, robes slippers, great wifi. If go back to Bern would definitely stay again!

This is a very charming, welcoming hotel. Rooms are small but very functional and beautiful. There is an old fashioned, stylish sitting room, with cozy chairs and the possibility to make yourself a tea or coffee. The whole place just feels wonderful. Highly recommended.

This was honestly a hidden gem! It was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything you need. The host also provides a fridge in the room which was super handy. Not only that, it was only a short walk from places like the Bear Pit, Old Town, multiple viewpoints, and the river, or a short bus/tram journey to the main train station. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay here, and the host was absolutely lovely- even when I managed to have issues with the door at gone 10pm, she was nothing but helpful and kind! I couldn't recommend staying here more, it truly felt like a home away from home. I can't understand how it isn't fully booked constantly! (My second night, I was the only one there!) If you're looking for a place to stay in Bern, honestly look no further!

The Bellevue is a 5 star hotel and it shows! Beautiful, historical, lovely, lush. Staying at the Bellevue was a big treat for us. We enjoyed it very much! Big thank you to Tamara at the front desk for being so friendly and lovely, and to the bellhops who opened the doors and gave us a warm greeting every day.
