Hotel architecture, rooms, location couldn’t have been better. Service was great. Loved walking into freshly made beds and chocolate treats twice a day. And the restaurant was out of this world. We had our best meal there, after two week of travel in Spain, France and Switzerland

The apartment is in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and suited the needs of our family of five adults. Towels were changed and beds made daily which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this apartment. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

We were fortunate to get an upgrade to the junior suite and we highly recommend this room! Amazing view of the street to watch the time go by in a separate sitting room attached to the bedroom. Room was huge, shower was great, bed was comfy. The room had a lot of coffee and tea available. Breakfast was stocked! So many different options. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant for dinner, but it was packed both nights we were in Lucern. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was very clean and daily house keeping was the best they even put the dishes in the dishwasher for days when we forgot. Hotel is right in the center of old city where all the shopping and restaurants/attractions. It is just 10 mins walking with luggage and COOP market is 1 min away. perfect for family who loves to cook the food
