Breakfast was very good All fresh and mostly local food. Bread was warm and eggs were from a local framer. Service was very friendly and helpful. Request for extra pillows was meet with immediate and cheerful assistance. Extra sparkling and still water provided at no charge in room. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Parking was close, easy and free. It was an easy and free trip to downtown on the train or bus with tourist card provided from hotel. Took about 10-15 minutes.

Opened in early 2013 after a complete renovation, Hotel Lux in Emmenbrücke is just 3.7 mi from Lucerne. It offers free WiFi and free parking.

Hotel architecture, rooms, location couldn’t have been better. Service was great. Loved walking into freshly made beds and chocolate treats twice a day. And the restaurant was out of this world. We had our best meal there, after two week of travel in Spain, France and Switzerland

We stayed at Hotel Balm for 4 nights with our two kids. We loved the breakfast and walking area around the hotel with the small zoo. The bus stop is literally in front of the reception, and we could use the transportation for free. Great place to stay when visiting Luzerne.

Location was great and it was so easy to check in, even after staff hours. Laundry machine availability was also a big hit for us who were in the middle of our journey. Staff was easy to communicate with and were wonderful with their responses. The room itself seemed to be a bit outdated but the very restful and comfortable bed overshadowed it. Thank you KoBi!
