It is a lovely and spotless small hotel. I felt like staying at home. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was superior. We had one dinner at the restaurant too. The bus stop is at the door of the hotel, and we used the free bus pass to visit Luzern. Parking at the front and free.

The location of the property and how huge the rooms were. We were a family of 7 and we all enjoyed our stay there. Also, they had staff during the day hours and they were extremely prompt in responding to any questions or queries.

Beautiful elegant hotel well situated. Grand old hotel with all modern conveniences. Beautiful lobby and service was great except problems with repeated demagnetized key cards. Modern and well appointed rooms with large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bed was comfortable. Nice little touches with complementary nuts, muffin and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic with everything available. Elegant bar and dining room for breakfast. Nice patio outside to overlook Lake Lucerne. Overall little to complain about and much to laud. A true 5 star hotel.
