Very well located with a lot of the main things to see and do close by. Lots of restaurants nearby too. The room we got was small but since you’re out all day, it served it’s purpose. Bed was super comfortable and the shower is small but AMAZING. The breakfast is very complete. Would highly recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay since food in Lugano is particularly expensive compared to the rest of Europe.

Location: near a train station; A few minutes walk from the city center. We received a ticket for free travel on public transport in the entire Ticino region. A rich breakfast. It is possible to purchase additional meals as well, a menu appears clearly in advance, at the beginning of each day. The staff at the hotel provides an answer to any question about transportation and itineraries.
