The staff was great, they really do try their best! Honestly, absolutely everyone was great, reception, breakfast, restaurants. I came many times to the main Resto and it was always an excellent experience, I love the atmosphere, the design,and the food is of course also delicious. It was first stay at the hotel and I found it great, super cosy room (the bed was fantastically comfortable) ! If you come with a small child, mind the fact that the music in the main restaurant and bar is very loud. I never really noticed until I came with a three month old baby, ha! But that's what makes the place feel so fun for adults!

From pickup to drop off to yrain station the service was exceptional. They even provided box lunch on last day when we needed to leave early in the morning. Room was comfortable with balcony facing matterhorn.
