Excellent location! Exactly in the main street, walking distance from the train station, everything is so convenient! We got the corner room in a good deal, so the room is big size, and nice view. Breakfast is super nice selection. Natalie from the frontdesk very helpful, always help us solve the problem. Perfect stay!

The staff was great, they really do try their best! Honestly, absolutely everyone was great, reception, breakfast, restaurants. I came many times to the main Resto and it was always an excellent experience, I love the atmosphere, the design,and the food is of course also delicious. It was first stay at the hotel and I found it great, super cosy room (the bed was fantastically comfortable) ! If you come with a small child, mind the fact that the music in the main restaurant and bar is very loud. I never really noticed until I came with a three month old baby, ha! But that's what makes the place feel so fun for adults!

V here really stands for very very extraordinary. The most creative and unique hotel i've ever been. The room is really stylish yet cozy and very clean. Spa is incredible experience. View is also amazing. You can clearly see Matthehorn.

A great hotel, in the middle of town. Old world luxury and charm, with amazing rooms and really great service. Its hard to believe this hotel is significantly cheaper that their sister hotel, when it seems so much nicer!

Located on a rock, 148 feet above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.
