The property is at the perfect location. Even it’s rights the middle of the city, it’s still in the quieter side. The Customer Service given was impeccable by the Gentlemen at Front desk. They were extremely helpful and friendly. ( both at the time was check in and check out ).

The service was really friendly! I forgot my umbrella, but it rained so heavily that I asked the front desk whether I could maybe borrow one and that was no problem at all. Leaving my luggage after checkout was also no problem, it even got locked in an extra room with my room number. Also the breakfast was really nice with amazing service!

the location is excellent. very accessible. the tram #6 is only 3 mins walk from the hotel and it goes right to the central town. staff are amazing. very welcoming and helpful receptionists. the cleaning service is exceptional. they took care of every detail in the room to an extent where they decorated our own tissue box which we had with us while traveling. very toddler friendly. if you have a baby they'll enjoy their stay. the view is so beautiful. you get to see whole Zürich from the third floor if where you're staying. Breakfast is so fancy. the waiters will take care of you and make sure you're taken care of.

CITY STAY - Forchstrasse is set in Zürich, 0.9 mi from Zurich Opera House. Kunsthaus Zurich is 1 mi away. Private parking is available on site.
