The Small Luxury Hotel Ambassador can be found next to Zurich's opera house and to Lake Zurich, right in the heart of the city. WiFi is available in the entire property free of charge. I was impressed with the details of the hotel in all aspects, in terms of interior décor, cleanliness and the speed of reception response, especially the location of the hotel as it is facing the lake. The breakfast was delicious and the service providers were very nice and friendly.

Everything was great! The hotel is beautiful, the staff very helpful, the room is noce and comfy and the location is just close to the lake, to the tram station and to many restaurants

It's a nice little hotel, with great location and friendly staff. The lobby, where you can also have breakfast is really comfortable. Wifi was also good.

EMA House Serviced Apartments are located in the elegant Seefeld quarter, only 200 metres from the banks of Lake Zürich. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. . They managed to arrange early check-in which was great as we flew for 13 hours and we have 3 children one being less than 3 years old. We also got a 2nd floor apartment as requested.
