I travel a lot and have stayed in many nice hotels. But my first time writing a review. I love this hotel very much. Very elegant, luxuries and classic environment which gives you feeling of like staying at Castle. Comfortable bed and pillow. Various choices and nice breakfast. Stuff are very helpful and friendly. I spent great time. Will definitely come back again.

The location, staff, room and overall comfort. We reached the hotel very early because of our flight. But the hotel staff very helpful and went out of the way to help and make the whole family comfortable. They provided early check in and made sure the room was comfortable for us. Overall the experience for us was awesome. I would like to thank all the staffs especially Maya, Sandy,Julia for their service. Thank you.

They really work 24/7, anytime we needed help, they were available, answered all our questions, and genuinely helped. The room was nice and neat, not too small, and everything we needed was provided (water, laundry, snacks), beds and bedding were nice, everything worked, it wasn't too noisy. They offered breakfast, which was on point, so we could eat and then go sightseeing (nothing extraordinary, toast, fruits, some local food, but I liked it). The staff was very friendly and spoke good English, so we were able to clarify things and understand the city better. We also took the Mutianyu trip provided by Happy Dragon, which turned out to be a great decision. It was a very nice stay and I really appreciate that you guys made our trip better. Big thanksss

Our stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing was absolutely outstanding! The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and offer a luxurious atmosphere. Every detail is well thought out, making it a truly comfortable experience. The hotel also boasts excellent restaurants, and the food is of an exceptionally high standard—every meal was a delight. The location is perfect for exploring Beijing, with easy access to all the major sights. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s an ideal base to discover the city. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their hospitality is second to none, and I have rarely experienced such genuine care. A special thank you to Ella and Richard, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. This hotel is simply exceptional—a perfect example of how a hotel should be run. I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully designed and had a unique charm that made it stand out from typical hotel accommodations. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view—it perfectly captured the entire Beijing cityscape. Watching the sunrise from my room was an unforgettable experience.
