This was the first hotel for us that truly had a distinct personality, a place where we stepped into a "mini-world" where everything operated with clockwork precision. Beyond the accuracy, everything was perfectly in its place, and the staff's attitude towards guests was absolutely first-class. The location, staff, room and overall comfort. We reached the hotel very early because of our flight. But the hotel staff very helpful and went out of the way to help and make the whole family comfortable. They provided early check in and made sure the room was comfortable for us. We stayed here November last year and chose to stay in this hotel again this year as everything was perfect last time. It was the same this year!! It feels like home with an interesting spatial character. The laundry and pantry in the room are also very useful. The staff was very friendly as always, Jay and Yvonne were especially helpful along with the other staff. Have to mention the cleaning lady who does an exceptional job every day, making it a pleasure to return to the room, after site seeing. The location is very convenient and was among the historical Hutongs and alleyways of Qianliang. As an architect therefore the location was really interesting. It is also close to all the important city destinations, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus halts and the National Art museum subway station.
