This is the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed. The staffs are super helpful, they helped us to book everything, from taxi to milk tea as we don’t know Chinese. The room is clean and about 300m away from the nearest station.

The staff were great! Despite the language barrier, they tried their best to help us with anything we needed. When we asked for extra toiletries, they delivered them promptly without need for a follow up. The location was also great! Near the pedestrian Wangfujing Street. The entrance to the subway was also just across the street.
