It has a very nice view of the lake, beach and mountains. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of options. Room facilities exceeded expectations and was very nice and spacious. Free shuttle services to and from the beach are provided and free self-laundry services were also available. The pool had an amazing view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They also spoke English.

I have appreciated the flexibility of the administration when I had to shorten my stay as my wife could not reach me. I have spent 4 excellent days...I regretted having to leaving earlier than expected.

I picked the B&B for my Sanya stay based on the online review and pictures. The modern design plus lushly green rooftop garden with koi, African Grey Parrot, and rescue cats sure look like a perfect vacation home. It turned out to be the best vacation stay! When the B&B owners learned that I was originally from north China and have lived in US for 30 years, they cooked every breakfast specifically for my northern buds, from fried fish, Chinese doughnut, stir fried vegetables, rice porridge to farewell dumplings as families do for their beloved ones… The flights to Sanya were booked long before leaving the state. When it’s time to fly, the weather changed unexpectedly. My flights were delayed a big deal, due to severe thunderstorms in between my hometown and Sanya. That situation could drive everyone crazy. However I was not worried too much, because Mr Liu assured me that he’d be picking me up at the airport no matter when I arrived. Here he was at the exit gate waiting for me! It was near four o’clock next morning! !

We got an upgrade with our stay to a private Villa and we cannot express how lovely they are! Each Villa has its own little pool. We have to give a shout-out to Nine who is a staff member that was extremely helpful during our stay. answered questions, helped us find things around, kept our ice bucket full, etc. the whole staff was amazing.

The hotel was very nice, breakfast was mostly with Chinese food, but it was pretty good. I would especially want to mention the employee Steve, who helped us a lot with transfer, late check out and in general was very nice and polite. He also showed us the entire area and recommended where we need to go and what we need to see. Thanks a lot for such a good time spent in Sanya!

The staff at the Sheraton were fabulous. From the front desk reception, to the bar and restaurant to check-out the people were kind, understanding and helpful. Dick Yi - food and beverages manager was spectacular. I had a problem with something, I emailed the hotel, they put me in touch with Dick and he was on to solving the problem in minutes. It was really great. He followed up to make sure we were getting everything we needed. Penny, the contact from the hotel, was great as well. And I had an issue on the check out because I had used wechat to pay but wanted to use my American credit card and Annie, the contact, figured it out and refunded the RMB for the deposit back to my Chinese bank account and put it on my credit card. Problem solved. I have live din Beijing for seven years and this was, by far, the best experience of any hotel I have stayed at throughout China. The beach access was great and the pools and the choices you have about which one to lounge around at was sublime. The drinks were luscious, the activities for children every day a bonus, the Chinese restaurant food is a delight. The breakfast -- it's out of control good -- I am not sure if there is anything they didn't have. Our room was quiet and very comfortable -- great shower and tub. I am not sure what else to say -- if you are going to Yalong Bay go here. You will be very happy.
