Location is just perfect if this is your first time in Cartagena.. Staff exceptional, very attentive and great to follow up any requirement. Jorge Luis was great to welcome us., so was the lady waitress on our daily tea time. Overall a great experience.. I would come back next time in town.

Perfect location in one of the best streets close to shops, restaurants and one of the main squares. The staff was super helpful, polite, welcoming and present 24x7. We had a small problem with the air conditioner that was leaking and some clothes got wet in the closet. They immediately took everything, washed it and ironed it and got the air conditioner fixed. Breakfast was also delicious with few very good options. We also tried the jacuzzi at the roof top which was great.
