Being very close to the beach was nice! It is also a 5 min walk to Marsol ( interregional connecting bus) The walled city is a little far walking but definitely close enough for a little longer walk, like 15-20 min. There you can find all restaurants and historic sites etc. Margarita communicated well and was very attentive. We had problems with ceiling lights (one tiny light bulb per room), Ac broken, shower door broken, but Margarita did her best at fixing them.

It is a good location very close to the beach. The hosts (Luis and Margarita) were nice, helpful, and kind. Luis is very responsive and resolves any unforeseen issues. The staff of the hotel is very kind and friendly.

Everything was great, specially the host Pedro. The room and facilities were clean, it was a very good price as well. The view from the restaurant/rooftop was awesome and the food was nice as well. Overall, Very nice. The sea was close, you have to walk 3 blocks. Also the market Ara was super close so you can walk 2 blocks to get there. The CARTAGENA letters are close so you can walk there as well. Also you can go to the ciudad amurallada walking but it can take you around 30 minutes, if you enjoy walking, can be a nice thing to do.
