Beautiful scenic view of the city from our floor (level 10). The kitchen is well equipped and the room is clean and spacious. The decor is nice and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Lovely staff who booked us a taxi and were very patient and understanding when our late night flight was delayed even further. Delicious traditional Costa Rican breakfast, lovely courtyard, felt very safe and clean, comfy, spacious. I even did 20 mins of yoga in the bathroom in the morning - it was that big! Well located, just a 15 min drive from SJO.

The service and friendly staff. The ambiance of the old building and its quirkiness - lots of halls and nooks and crannies to discover. The hot tubs and roof top terrace were wonderful as well. The rooms were exceptionally decorated and quite comfortable.

The owner keeps her place immaculate! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is spacious! The owner is always available to help you with everything. She stays up to meet you if have a late arrival and if you have an early morning flight out she gets up to see you off. She is absolutely delightful! Casa Mayela is close to the Centre so you can walk to buses etc. I have enjoyed my stays here. I highly recommend!!
