Exceptional service. Nadia and Olga were extremely helpful, thoughtful and kind. They helped me with all my needs. It felt like family. They cared for me. Very heart touching! Thank you Nadia and Olga from all my heart! A million stars to these two ladies who are fantastic!!!! Also a million stars to the cleaning staff. Everything was perfectly clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very much enjoyed my stay at Kokkinos.

everything was perfect i tried many hotels in Ayia Napa but this one is my favorite. the room is spacious and beautiful. Thanks to the management they upgraded our room to Junior suite because we were getting married so thank you so much for the care. it was an amazing vacation. the beach is just 2 mins away walking, the food is so tasteful and so many choices. very clean and comfortable as well as friendly staff.

We have been to 65 countries, and I dare say I have a basis for comparison when I claim that this hotel is one of the best we have been to. Sophisticated, extremely clean, stylish with great food. I personally liked the fact that there is a Cigar lounge, although you can smoke anywhere in the outdoor areas, including the sunbeds. I also liked the fitness center, well equipped, but I missed a bench and more free weights. Proximity to the beach is great, as well as being close to lots of nice eateries. The center of Ayia Napa is 30 minutes on foot or 10 by taxi, where there is an amazing choice of activities, restaurants, and bars. I want to express our thanks to Ivo from the reception desk. The most helpful and sunny person who welcomes guests. Always available and always with a smile on his face. Any hotel would be happy to have him as an employee.

Everything!! Truly everything was amazing! But first I need to say that, before going to the hotel I read all the reviews….. and I don’t know what they where talking about….. first the receptionist Alina, Darina and even the Manager!!! They where always happy to help always smiling always just like LA standards!!! Really %10000 on Customer Service!!! I can’t say enough about it! I would def go back again!!! And I did the mistake that I read that the food was meh…. And honestly I think someone wrote on purpose bad reviews Food was soooo yummy! The ingredients where fresh, and good and just really good food!!!

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the main road, with a street-facing room. We were initially worried about noise at night, but the soundproof windows did an excellent job. Breakfast was a real highlight - delicious, varied, and changed every other day, which kept things fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the town center, and the area around the hotel is full of shops and restaurants. The nearest sandy beach is only a 15-minute walk away, and Nissi Beach is about 30 minutes on foot. If you prefer the bus, there's a stop just 2 minutes from the hotel, and buses run frequently - it only takes 5 minutes to reach Nissi that way. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, cooling the room quickly. The pool area was also lovely - never too crowded during our stay. Highly recommended for both location and comfort!
