The room was very clean & everyone respected each other space. The kitchen was absolutely amazing !! There is everything you need to prepare your food & they even have some free things like pasta & cereal. The location was truly the best thing as it’s right in the center of the old town & never needed to catch public transport to visit the city.

This hotel is a gem. Location is perfect, you're close to the main center, but away enough to be in a quiet and relaxing spot. The staff is superb - extremely helpful and welcoming, going beyond what is expected to keep customers happy. And the restaurant is one of the best as well! That was the biggest surprise of our trip, as usually hotel restaurants are not as good as this.

Everything was great. The room was clean with mixture of old style and modern (old style bedroom and modern bathroom). Breakfast was exceptional and although we stayed for three nights, we never got bored of the same menu. Staffs were nice and flexible, allowing us to leave our luggage for quite a long time even after our check out time.

self check in with the code they provide very quickly after I booked it, convenient! location is so amazing, there’s a supermarket(big mall) nearby and a tram station too. everything is very new and comfortable, room is spacious, with tv, Wi-Fi, lift, and multiple luggages storages you can use by yourself on the ground floor. I can’t imagine anything better really, thank you the team who manage it, make this stay here so much better!
